Kune Kune pigs are a small pig which means fat and round in Maori. They arrived in Britain in 1992. Kune Kune pigs are between 24 to 30 inches in height and weigh from 120lbs to 240lbs, they have a complete covering of hair and come in a range of colours from cream, ginger, brown, black and spotted. They have a short snout and either pricked or flopped ears and have short legs and a short round body. They have a quiet and friendly temperament and thrive on human company.
